How long have you been doing the Hustle and Juggle?
3 very quick flying years!
What is the Juggle to your Hustle?
I’m CEO of Daisy First Aid managing first aid franchisees across the country. I’ve got 3 young children, a husband, cat (soon to be a puppy) and we are just about to renovate our new house!
Tell me more about your business?
We teach fun and friendly first aid classes to parents, child carers and in schools. We believe if everyone had basic first aid skills then more lives could be saved. First aid doesn’t need to be scary it’s just having the knowledge and confidence to deal with an emergency.
When the company first started it was just me but I’m now proud to say we have 65 franchisees doing what they can to help save lives.
What is your Hustle and Juggle story?
Literally fitting work into every spare minute in the day. Sitting on the loo taking a work phone call and still seeing little fingers poking under the door wondering why the door is shut.
I’ve found I make some of my best business decisions just before I fall asleep as it’s my only quiet time which means I’m sometimes working until my eyes close.
The plus side of my Justle is I can work anywhere with beloved wifi, I never miss the children shows, assemblies and if the kids need me I can drop what I’m doing and be there for them, that to me is priceless.
What’s your message to anyone reading this to inspire them to keep going and remain visible?
The hardest part is pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Most people don’t ever do it because it’s scary. The strange thing is when you do, that’s when all the good things start happening.
If like Jenni you are Hustling & Juggling and would like to share your story with others please find out how you can do so here. I would love to hear from you.
